Start
- Stand up if you're sitting.
- Lift one foot off the floor, bending the knee of that leg.
- Put again that foot on the floor in front of it's original position. That's a step.
- Lift the other foot the same way you did with the other.
- Step with that foot in front of it's original position.
- Repeat with your preffered speed.
- Get to the place where you want to go to.
